Claire is a healthcare visionary and change agent with a passion for innovation and excellence. With a career spanning over 25 years in diverse roles and a relentless commitment to transforming healthcare, Claire has been at the forefront of driving positive change in the international healthcare industry.

Entrepreneurial Success:
In 2022, Claire achieved a significant milestone by winning prestigious tech awards for founding FitToFly.bm—an innovative digital health platform that has revolutionized the way health assessments are conducted for travelers. This recognition highlights her team’s dedication to leveraging technology to improve access to healthcare and enhance public health.

Government Collaboration:
Claire’s journey in healthcare leadership extends beyond entrepreneurship. She has the privilege of collaborating with the Bermuda government to create and implement a groundbreaking occupational health program. This initiative not only supports the well-being of government employees but also sets a standard for workplace health and safety in Bermuda.

Driving Digital Health:
Currently, serving as the Director of Operations at Carna Health, where she is leading the charge in digital health solutions. In this role, she is focused on harnessing the power of technology to revolutionize healthcare delivery, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall healthcare experience.

Healthcare Consulting Expertise:
With a Master’s in Advanced Practice in Health & Social Care and certifications like Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Claire brings a wealth of expertise to healthcare consulting. She is also a proud member of the American College Healthcare Executives (ACHE), working towards achieving the prestigious FACHE designation.
